About the film
Rock Keats and Archie Moses are best friends who steal cars and do other crime together.. But Archie doesn’t know that Rock is undercover cop Jack Carter, and his main target is car businessman and drug lord Frank Colton, for whom Moses works.. With the help of his “partner,” Carter meets Colton in order to later catch him red-handed during a major delivery of goods. However, during the operation, everything does not go according to plan: Colton does not appear at the scene, Archie involuntarily exposes Jack, and then during the raid he accidentally shoots him in the head.. Miraculously surviving and undergoing rehabilitation, Carter returns to work and learns that Moses is ready to make a deal with the feds in exchange for a reduced sentence and protection from Colton, who plans to remove such a dangerous witness. True, Archie put forward one more condition: Jack must deliver him to the place of testimony.
