About the film
Narcotics detectives Mike Lowry and Marcus Burnett are assigned to investigate a scheme to smuggle a new drug into Miami. Their investigation leads them to a master plan hatched by a local drug lord to take control of the city's drug trade. By pure chance, the rest of the illegal market learns of these ambitious plans, sparking a full-scale war.
