About the film
In 2004, a woman who recently returned to America from Japan brutally murders her family. Two years later, terrifying rumors surround the house where it happened, and locals avoid it at all costs. A female detective, grieving her husband’s death and raising her son alone, throws herself into work. When she begins investigating the murder and steps into that cursed house, she starts experiencing horrific visions — and something begins to follow her.
